I'm fascinated by the complexity of being human...
...how someone can look completely capable and together, be getting on with their life and holding everything together for everyone else, while underneath there’s a whole other story going on.
I've always been drawn to what makes people behave the way we do, a curiosity rooted in studying depth psychology at university.
17 years in corporate financial services management taught me how to read a room, hold difficult conversations, and understand people under pressure.
Add to that, over a decade building my own coaching business, and sitting with people's ambitions, fears and the messy reality of being human.
All life experience that has shaped the kind of complex characters I gravitate toward as an actor: women who are strong and capable, yet beneath the surface vulnerable, conflicted and dealing with their own demons!
